Description

During my internship, I was handpicked by my boss to lead a large project commissioned by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (KEMENKOP UKM). The project involved creating a 10-part animated video series focusing on branding and product packaging, aimed at educating micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM).

As the appointed leader, I took on the responsibility of guiding the project to its successful completion. I oversaw the end-to-end production of animated learning videos, ensuring that they were not only engaging but also aligned with project goals and deadlines. My dual roles as a project leader and an animator allowed me to blend creative direction with effective project management.
