During my internship, I had the opportunity to manage the social media of one of the universities in Indonesia, Jenderal Achmad Yani University (Unjani). I was responsible for handling the @pmbunjani Instagram account, which focused on student admissions promotion.
Additionally, I edited video reels to enhance audience engagement and strategically scheduled content to maximize reach and interaction. Through these efforts, I contributed to increasing engagement and awareness among prospective students, ensuring that the content remained informative, relevant, and visually compelling.
During my internship, I successfully contributed to the growth and engagement of the @pmbunjani Instagram account. One of my key achievements was increasing new followers by 20% per month through a well-planned content strategy and audience engagement techniques.
To ensure content remained relevant and engaging, I conducted in-depth research and trend analysis, identifying topics that resonated most with the target audience. I also crafted engaging copywriting and scripts for Reels, ensuring captions were compelling and aligned with the brand’s tone.
In terms of content creation, I designed professional Instagram feed layouts and edited creative and engaging video Reels to enhance visual appeal. Additionally, I created various graphic designs, including flyers, prints, signage, and other promotional materials based on client requests.
To maintain an organized workflow, I developed a monthly content planner using Notion and efficiently scheduled and managed posts through Meta Business Suite, ensuring a consistent and strategic content rollout. Through these efforts, I played a key role in optimizing the university's digital presence and increasing audience engagement.
